We offer free shipping on all orders of $100 and more. A $9 shipping fee will be applied for the delivery of orders under $100. The $9 fee is non-refundable should you wish to return the items.

You can choose to have your order shipped to a JACOB store to take advantage of a free delivery. To pick-up your order, you will need to present the JACOB invoice that was sent to you by email, and/or a valid photo ID.

RETURN
A $5 fee will be charged for the return of your order.
There are no fees for returns made in a JACOB store.

IMPORTANT – Items purchased online and picked up in a JACOB store, can only be returned to a store. They cannot be returned to the JACOB online store.
