Merchandise displayed on this Site is available while supplies last, either at each Store or at JACOB’s warehouse supplying our Site. Color depiction of merchandise on this Site is a function of the calibration of the colours of our photographs as well as of numerous parameters related to the functioning and the use you make of your computer. Colour and price of this merchandise may vary from merchandise available in Jacob stores. The merchandise available on our Site, and the prices for such merchandise, are not necessarily the same as the items and pricing within our Stores. All prices are quoted in Canadian dollars and are valid in Canada only. Prices indicated on our Site for merchandise purchased online do not include taxes, or shipping costs. All prices listed on this website are subject to confirmation by JACOB after your order. Any items purchased on our Site will not be delivered to an address outside of Canada.

DELIVERY
The Company will ship the Product(s) ordered by you according to the address indicated in the Order Confirmation. Delivery times provided by the Company are estimates only. The Company shall not be responsible for any damages or costs resulting from any delays in delivery.

RETURNS POLICY
All Product returns are subject to the Company Returns Policy, the terms of which are incorporated herein by reference. Some restrictions may apply.

JACOB shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the site or any content, or from any order of merchandise through our Site, even if JACOB has been advised of the possibility of such damages. JACOB shall only be liable for direct damages hereunder for an amount not to exceed $ 100 or, in the event that the direct damages relate to a purchase made through this Site, the amount of such purchase. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Quebec and applicable federal Canadian law. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods will not apply to this agreement nor to any purchase of merchandise through our Site. Any legal action concerning these Terms of Use or this Site must be brought within three (3) years after the claim or cause of action arises and must be brought in the Province of Quebec. The products described in this Site are available only in Canada to Canadian residents. Nothing in this Site is intended to constitute an advertisement for promotion of our products and services in other jurisdictions.
